Films without filming
Even in ‚normal’ times we create many films without ever being on set. With a mix of existing client or stock footage, different levels of motion-design, VFX and audio production, we tell your story in surprising new ways. The possibilities are endless, but we want to present you six of these projects here:
Red Bull – Eileen Gu Athlete Portrait
Dormakaba – Argus Sensor barriers
Audi – Own every second
“While some seconds can stay with us forever, the reality is, that a lot of them pass by us every day without even having the chance of becoming something special. Because once you take all the seconds of our lives away that are spent taking care of the bare necessities, you’d be surprised how little time we actually have left to do what we really want and achieve greatness. Therefore the ultimate goal in the life of a champion must be to “own every second you can”.” We turned this idea into a fast paced film for the fifth Formula E season for our client Audi. Produced with existing footage from our client, supported by stock-imagery and glued together with motion design, voice over, sound effects and music, this film is worth every second to watch.
Tutima Brandfilm
Tutima is a premium German watch manufacturer. We produced their latest brandfilm from script to final delivery, by combining existing footage they provided us, high quality stockmaterial, and some postproduction magic, to integrate their logo on a huge sail. Music and Voice Over support the premium look & feel of the film, which can be found on their website.
Red Bull – Eileen Gu Athlete Portrait
Red Bull asked to produce an athlete portait of Eileen Gu. She was new to the Red Bull free skiing team and this film was meant to welcome her and introduce the new talent to the audience. With just very little material but the help of creative editing and motion design we created a strong portrait film, which totally fits into the Red Bull universe and gave Eileen a great entree in the team of Red Bull.
HUAWEI – P-Smart
For the release of the new P-Smart, Huawei asked us to merge 3D CG worlds, 2D Motion Design and stock material to showcase the capabilities of the new smartphone. We gratefully accepted the challenge and create not only the 90 seconds product film but also a large number of digital assets and edits for the new product.
Dormakaba – Argus Sensor barriers
With the Argus series Dormakaba took a great step away from a strictly functional product towards a new design element, grabbing attention in every buildings’ entrance. We have created a film by using stockmaterial and combining it with 3D renders of the sensor barriers in it’s different design variations. The shots in our film range from straight stockmaterial shots, to stock and 3D combined to full CG shots.
