So we developed a new employer branding strategy as a guideline for future internal and external comms. A guideline that clearly states: our size means we can achieve so much together. That’s why we remain variable. We make the difference. Together we can live change. And everyone can be a part of it.
We activated the new Volkswagen attitude in campaigns and events, brought it to life on social channels (@hello_volkswagen) and the career website. We presented the company, its people and their careers, looked for and found (female) specialists.
